Position details Peter Pan is hiring enthusiastic early childhood educators for our Naperville location. Our school is growing and currently seeking caring, nurturing and experienced teachers. Must have requirements and background working with children. Our Lead Teachers collaborate closely: -Implementing a warm and stimulating environment for emotional, intellectual, and social growth. -Meeting the needs of individual children, while remaining responsive and aware of group needs. -Documenting accurate records of children’s development and milestones that have been reached. -Interacting with the children to support learning through play. -Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff. Requirements: -Bachelors or Associates degree in education or related position with at least 6 hours in early childhood. -One or more years of professional experience in a licensed childcare facility. -Punctual, energetic, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
