JOB FAMILY SUMMARY: Job summary The Software Training Professional executes training strategies for new and existing customers and/or employees regarding features and operation of RelayHealth products, applications or services via onsite, classroom or distance learning. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: • Facilitates new and existing customer training via onsite, classroom or webinar • Supports PHS application training needs of staff (new users and more in depth training on specific functionality needs for experienced users) • Assess and identify training delivery needs, supporting PHS training policies and procedures • Develops training materials that may deal with complex technical info and/or establish certification or test qualifications • Works with product development and other cross functional teams to ensure course materials reflect current product features • Utilizes a consultative approach to share best practices and workflow recommendations during training that enhance our
