Direct, control and coordinate shift operations Interviewing, hiring and orientating new employees Train and develop Teammates Manages inventory/waste and labor controls Cash management, count drawers, and bank deposits Profit and Loss analysis Evaluate Team player performance Other duties as assigned What we Require of you: Expertise to work a 50 hour work week (including nights
