Lead Line Cook - (Hollywood, SC)

Position details The lead cook is responsible for executing dinner and brunch service with a team that includes a person on each station of the line. The restaurant has an open kitchen so cleanliness, organization and accountability for personal and team behavior is required. Lead cook will be in charge of inventory and ordering as well as creating weekly specials and updating current menu items to reflect seasonality.
