Job details Join the DSG Staffing Team as Recruiter / Staffing Specialist POSITION OVERVIEW Summary/Objective The Recruiter/Staffing Specialist helps assign contract employees whose skills match customers' needs. The recruiter is based at the customer's worksite and is primarily responsible for meeting the customer's staffing needs, providing direct support to the contract employees with their HR needs and acts as a liaison between the contract employee and the company’s supervisors and HR Team Key functions Delivers high quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees' skills with customers' needs. Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service. Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. Performs a variety of tasks unique to the customer account. Manages the order management process from receiving to completing a technical assignment.
