Main responsibilities: Corporate: Prepare resolutions, minutes, and organizational documents for the Company and its subsidiaries. Manage the corporate minute books for Company’s subsidiaries. Coordinate and oversee the services of 3rd party service provider for the satisfaction of subsidiary compliance requirements, including requirements to do business and fictitious name filings. Assist with documentation and due diligence related to M&A transactions. Assist with documentation related to real estate matters, including leases, purchases and dispositions. Draft staffing and independent contractor agreements.
