Job summary McCormick Barstow has an opportunity available for an experienced family law paralegal , 3 yrs of requirements required. Requirements: · Paralegal certificate required; · General family law experience; · Excellent writing and oral communication abilities; · A firm understanding of family law procedures; Requirements: · Prior family law experience wanted but not required; · Meet with clients to review and obtain documents; · Expertise to use various e-discovery tools; · Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data; · Prepare meet and confer letters; · Expertise to bill 6.5 hours per day; · Expertise to work as a member of a practice group team, for multiple partners; · Operate independently; · Expertise to meet deadlines; · Pleasant and professional demeanor.
