Community Outreach Specialist - (La Fayette, GA)

Position description Cherokee Nation Technologies (CNT) supports USGS in its leadership role in to work with others to provide the scientific understanding and technologies needed to support the sound management and conservation of our Nation’s biological resources. As an early technology leader, our client teamed with the Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act (CWPPRA) on some of the earliest science visualization products, which included web development, many multimedia products, and congressional reports. That relationship persists today as CWPPRA and other federal agencies continue to employ technologies to share program success with those directly impacted by coastal land loss and with citizens throughout our country who indirectly depend on a healthy delta and coastal zone. CNT is looking to hire a Community Outreach professional to support our team in Lafayette.
