Position details Growing Brooklyn based Property Management firm is seeking an on-site Assistant Commercial Property Manager for their Albany property. this office building is over one million square feet Requirements include: three years Commercial Property Managerial background 3 yrs Construction related skills 2yrs on-site experience wanted Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software Good communication abilities Tenant relations Assignments include: Communication with tenant’s, resolving complaints, scheduling repairs Supervise renovations Seek out bids for repairs and new Tenant renovation Assist management with maintenance crew scheduling and follow up with tenant Create scopes of work and bid out large projects.
