Regional Property Manager - (Raleigh, NC)

Position summary We are searching for a Regional Property Manager with an exciting, expansion opportunity in the Raleigh/Greensboro corridor area. The Regional property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property management within their assigned regions. This involves managing several properties or communities of properties with disparate needs, residents, maintenance levels, and issues. Candidates who are qualified must have background managing multiple residential and multi-unit properties. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with property staff to maintain residential units, which involves solving resident issues efficiently while ensuring proper maintenance occurs on buildings and facilities to prevent future issues. Work with local residential staff to develop maintenance plans, develop safety standards, and update and maintain proper records. Solving escalated residential disputes, ensuring property meets all regulatory standards, and making sure communities occupied and profitable.
