The perfect applicant will have at least 3 yrs background in a related role and have good knowledge of accounting, purchasing, etc. Apply today Requirements: The perfect candidate for this position will perform the following tasks: Analyze reorder list to determine which shop and inventory items need to be purchased; monitor stock usage and adjust reorder quantities as necessary. Review requisitions for stock and non-stock items and obtain competitive bids on items to be purchased. Prepare purchase orders and submit to vendors for acquisition of items; enter purchase order into computer and post to general ledger. Approve invoices for payment and issue check requests for incoming orders and past due invoices; work with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies.
