Customer Experience Associate, E-Commerce - (Atlanta, GA)
Position summary As a Full time Customer Background Associate on our E-Commerce team, you’ll represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email by efficiently and graciously meeting the customer’s needs. As the Sid Mashburn sales associate for all web customers, you’ll have a direct impact on the company’s success by growing the customer base and increasing loyalty. You will become an expert on our products, with a focus on menswear, and act as a brand ambassador while assisting customers with sizing and styling advice, order completion, and issue resolution. You will strategize ways to improve our service, streamline our processes, and better serve our customers. This position is a full time, exempt position with a five day a week schedule that includes Saturdays.
