Job description Required functions Maintain a well developed current understanding of Level 1 Bank s complete line of products and services Process client transactions including but not limited to accepting deposits and loan payments verifying cash and endorsements and cashing checks within limits Open and service new and existing consumer and business accounts Become familiar with more complex Level 1 products including but not limited to IRAs and HSAs This includes opening and servicing these types of accounts with assistance Meet and or exceed sales referral goals by understanding the clients financial needs by initiating conversations with clients to connect with them and determine their needs Support the Banks sales objectives and campaigns by selling and cross selling Bank products Create a welcoming and warm environment in the banking center by greeting customers and prospects in the lobby and on the phone demonstrates genuine interest in the customer and in helping them meet their financial needs
