Staff Accountant Entry Level - (El Paso, TX)

Position description We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. Responsibilities: Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements Create new processes to improve financial efficiency Report analysis and findings to management team Perform AR/AP activities by analyzing and processing accounting details into accounting system; document business transactions Prepare and maintain G/L accounts; perform G/L account reconciliations including bank reconciliation Perform month-end closing procedures and prepare monthly reports; maintain financial statements Perform credit analysis for new account set-up or credit extension Prepare AR/AP aging report s; perform past due AR collection Assist in internal and external audit by planning working schedule
