Position description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: True business partner with plant management team and staff, including full transparency to metrics and results with the ability to construct stretch objectives to further increase business value (Act as Plant CFO) Ensure strong accounting and control environment Drive standardization and best financial practices for manufacturing facility Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to plant finance and accounting team and provide guidance on financial related topics to other functional areas Lead annual budget and long-range plan process for location Oversee capital forecast and long-range plan, ensuring all investments meet required metrics with strong focus on spending timing Drive culture of transparency of operational results, enabling focus to increase from “what happened” to “what is going to happen” Ensure receivables, payables, and payroll are processed timely
