Vehicle Inventory Assistant - (Odessa, TX)

Ford Vehicle Inventory Assistant Sewell Ford has a new opening for a vehicle inventory assistant. This is a full-time role within our sales department that will assist our team with new inventory management, stocking in vehicles, completing necessary paperwork and data entry for our vehicle inventory processes. This person needs to have attention to detail and a great attitude to help their team. Background in data entry or automotive is a plus, but not required. Current Schedule is on a full-time basis: Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. and occasional Saturdays Job assignments* Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Assists in managing all data entry needed per new stock vehicle* Helps track of keys, paperwork, manuals, tags, and other items per each vehicle* Effectively documenting details about incoming and outbound deliveries* Assisting with registering vehicles before purchase* Helps the team with logistics of delivery, incoming stock
