Position overview CRM COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER / MARKETING - Home based office Location flexible (Northern California, Oregon and Reno) Qualifications: · Superior verbal and writing expertise. · Expertise to work and communicate effectively with multiple roles, customer service, inside and outside sales, business managers and executives. · Current expertise of TECO’s business systems and processes. · Excellent knowledge of TECO’s CRM and shared calendar functions. · Excellent Ms office knowledge with the expertise to develop graphs, tables and PowerPoint presentations. · Work with Technical Department to develop marketing material. Description The CRM Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining accuracy and completeness of TECO’s CRM system. This person will interact with inside, outside and Business managers to receive and disseminate details related to all sales activity and will update and modify the CRM system as required.
