Payroll and Benefits Specialist - (Austin, TX)

Job overview Payroll and Benefits Specialist needed in North Austin Position responsibilities: Provides contribution and support to HR Team, under the supervision and direct report to the HR Manager: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the payroll and benefits specialist will provide human resources support to all employees. Main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: bi-weekly payroll administration, benefits administration, HR special projects as assigned. Responsibilities Coordinate and process bi-weekly payroll and ensure that all active and terminated employee wages, earnings, tax withholding and benefits are correct in the Paylocity HRIS. Accurately enter and maintain all employee data into Paylocity HRIS. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees explaining personnel policies, compensation and benefit programs. Administer , organize and communicate all benefits including : medical, dental, life, vision, and 401k offerings.
