Position description WE ARE NOT A FLAT RATE SHOP. WE PAY HOURLY PLUS PRODUCTION BONUSES The Technician performs quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles while maintaining and safe and productive work atmosphere. The responsibilities and core functions are as follows: • Diagnose vehicle failures • Create repair plans which include SRT’s and required parts • Repair vehicle failures • Perform vehicle maintenance • Communicate failure and repair status reports to foreman/dispatcher • Comply and perform required warranty processes and procedures • Uses OEM programs and software’s to diagnose and repair vehicles • Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations • Willing to perform work on offsite at customer locations when needed • Available to work any shifts when needed • Helps create and maintain a safe workplace atmosphere along with hazardous waste compliance • Holds team to workplace standards (uniforms, attendance, morale
