Manufacturing Engineering support of Black Hawk build and designs by providing productivity review, work instruction planning, developing tooling and manufacturing plans, and manufacturing implementation and support of airframe installation and modifications. Review, sign off, create, and implement PCAS for EC changes, issue SAP notifications to create new tooling, and perform process validations.
