Job details We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader that is very strong in manufacturing processwho also brings leadership traits to the tablethis person is going to be on an operations manager career track. Purpose of the role To promote Best Operating practices, engage in operational improvement projects, and assist with customer related issues. Applicant will execute lean transformation as well as facilitate kaizen events in all plant areas. In addition, the applicant will coach and support all employees in Continuous Improvement to deliver and sustain results in key SQDCM metrics. The applicant who is interested in this role should also be prepared to move into an eventual Operations position. Core Accountabilities Continuous Improvement: Train and develop plant personnel on DMAIC and lean principles.
