Maintenance Technician III - (Baltimore, MD)

COMPANY OVERVIEW: The mission of St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center is to create preserve and maintain equal housing opportunities for low and moderate-income people, primarily in Baltimore City, and to encourage and support strong and diverse neighborhoods. St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center is seeking an energetic experienced Maintenance Technician to join the St. Ambrose team. Position description: This job mandates a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager , the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs which may include tasks from the fields of carpentry, painting, masonry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, janitorial service, and residential remodeling. In addition to technical maintenance tickets, this position will assist with unit turnovers and be a part of the after hours on-call rotation. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
