Service, Parts, Yard Manager - (Yukon, OK)

Position summary Gonzo, LLC is seeking a Service, Parts, and Yard Manager to supervise all aspects of a heavy-duty oilfield equipment repair shop at our facility in Yukon, OK. The Manager will be held accountable for effectively achieving and maintaining company and branch specific goals concerning customer and operator satisfaction, revenue, gross profit and department profit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Employee/Customer relations including maintaining relationships. • Quality Assurance- Review estimates and actual repair time. • Labor/Inventory Pricing. • Parts/Inventory Procurement and Management. • Yard Management and equipment staging. • Managing shop personnel task and schedule planning. • Initial and on-going training and support of shop personnel. • Prepare an annual budget for the shop.
