Position overview We are looking for a skilled hard working individual to assist with home remodeling at our manufactured home community in Belleville, IL . Ideal applicants will have basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing or HVAC. Applicants with home remodeling experience are preferred. Pay level will be based upon prior work and skills Qualifications: Must be 18 yrs of age or older Current valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to report to work at multiple locations if necessary. Example of Duties; which include but are not limited to: Follow all safety guidelines in the employee manual and training received during company safety meetings. Properly utilize all safety gear. Maintain company tools and equipment in good working order.
