Position summary The Market Research Coordinator is responsible for providing various types of support to the Research and Development and Client Education team. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating daily operation of the group including assistance with the survey development process, reporting and high-level analysis of results and creation of client facing materials. Assists with daily operation of the research group, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Troubleshoots technical, data, or reporting problems and works with internal partners to resolve issues. Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress. Prepares project details by collecting, reviewing, inputting, and editing data, and then creating corresponding text and graphics as needed; emailing correspondence as needed. Supports the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including special projects.
