Automotive Service Writer - (Williamston, SC)

Position overview Automotive Service Writer As a Service Writer, You will coordinate the workflow of technicians, order and receive parts, keep customers/account coordinators apprised of their vehicle's status, and review the technician's findings with the customer/account coordinators. You will also prepare estimates and Invoices. Requirements include: Automotive Service Writer Some sales/operations experience in the automotive industry preferred Outstanding communication and sales skills Some automotive experience in diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance a plus Expertise to multi-task in fast-paced environment Expertise to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays Be able to pass experience investigation Valid driver's license with a satisfactory three year driving history Benefits available.
