ATV, Boat, &Motorcycle Service Writer - (Wesley Chapel, FL)

Position description Job description: Gables Motorsports of Wesley Chapel is currently seeking a motivated Service Advisor This position is the liaison between the customer and technicians. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work, creating estimates, and communicating to customer the job status. This role has a focus on customer service and building relationships to garner repeat business. The advisor must have some experience knowledge on a diverse set of products including motorcycles, dirt bikes, atv’s, side x sides, utv’s, scooters, boats, and more. Responsibilities: Greet all incoming customers with a great attitude Review and inspect service vehicles upon receipt Provide initial evaluation to customer on vehicles for service Schedule repairs on vehicles Ensure timely work completion by service technician Ensure the highest quality of work Coordinate parts orders as need for service completion Assist with incoming vehicle deliveries Complete the service checklist for every unit
