Equipment Repair/Maintenance Technician POSITION DETAILS: The key responsibilities of the Equipment Repair/Maintenance Technician are:* Prepare and maintain a Grounds Equipment Maintenance Program within the Transportation division.* Proactively communicate with equipment operators and leadership as to the condition of the equipment.* Collaborate with parts and service vendors to streamline repairs.* Repair and modify Grounds & Transportation related equipment via welding and fabrication.* Perform campus snow removal efforts in the winter season.* Perform campus grounds related duties as assigned.* Provide assistance to any division in need that the Director of Transportation may identify.
