Service Technician Dispatcher - (Costa Mesa, CA)

Position description Job Summary : Successful local employee owned boiler service, sales, parts & rental company in Santa Ana is looking for an background Services Coordinator to help organize/route/dispatch a team of 22 Field Technicians, support customers and collaborate with the internal team Responsibilities includes: Taking/making calls to & from customers, Field Technicians & internal team to coordinate service requests, equipment installs and job quotes Schedule the daily first stop for all Field Technicians daily & follow up with service call dispatches through the day Set up Purchase Orders and files for jobs, including parts inventory confirmation Coordinate with internal departments including Sales and Parts/Warehouse Location : Santa Ana Job type : Evaluation Hire (open to Direct Hire applicants, depending on background) Pay : $15-22/hr
