Responsibilities and Duties Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment within assigned portfolio in a manner which ensures proper operating performance. Respond to service calls in a timely manner. Requirements and Skills Experience in residential or commercial HVAC maintenance Universal CFC certification Driver License with clean record Strong mechanical aptitude and expertise Knowledge and use of HVAC tools and equipment Lifting up to 100lbs Climbing ladders, bending, kneeling for long periods All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and experience test.
