Position overview We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team Rethceif Packaging is a leader automated packaging systems and we are growing. As a Service Tech team player, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, either by phone, remote access or onsite. Responsibilities: Repair, install, and adjust automated packaging equipment Troubleshoot remotely over the phone and through remote access Travel as needed to work directly on equipment, at times with limited notice Train customers in the proper use and maintenance of the equipment Adhere to all safety policies and procedures ? Requirements: Previous background in machinery or other related fields A technical certificate or degree Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Working expertise of PLC, hydraulics
