Construction Project Manager - (Idaho Falls, ID)

Position details The Naval Reactors Facility (NRF) is seeking a Project Manager to be the technical lead for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) contract to support a Department of Energy (DOE) Major Construction Project (MCP). The focus of this project is to replace aging infrastructure for spent nuclear fuel handling for the United States Navy. The successful applicant will lead the effort to ensure integration of the EPCM contractor work in conjunction with teams who oversee process equipment design, construction, acquisition management, and project management. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Contract management including invoice and progress reviews, approval of contractor submittals, and technical change requests Contract oversight including periodic audit and surveillance of contractor work, performance metrics, and annual performance assessments Monitors and approves the allocation of resources from program or project budgets
