ROBESON COMMUNITY COLLEGE Heating and Air-Conditioning Instructor: NC Department of Public Safety (full time) Min Requirements: HVAC Diploma and/or an associate degree; min of (3) years’ work background; min of (2) years teaching background or working background in a prison setting: extensive background in HVAC can substitute for the teaching/working background in a prison setting, and a diploma or an associate degree from a regionally accredited school. Preferred Requirements: Candidates who are qualified must be knowledgeable of all the rules and regulations mandated by the NC Department of Public Safety; applicants who are qualified must have technical skills; have the knowledge to submit all required paperwork to the College in appropriate manner; demonstrate evidence of flexibility and willingness to change; and open-mindedness and fairness towards other faculty, staff, and students.
