JOB SUMMARY Date: 12/19/2018 Bathroom renovation, wood joist & flooring repair Project Worker Renovation of Apartments. A list of duties but not limited to the following: Follow daily work plans as directed by the Project Foreman. Repair or replacement of drywall. Painting Miscellaneous carpentry: repair doors, jams, trim work, baseboards, sub floor, studs, and floor joist. As required. Repair or replace hardware on doors, cabinets, shelves, shower rods, curtain rods, install screens, windows, and vanities. Plumbing: install toilets, bath tubs, tub surrounds, sinks, faucets, valves, supply lines, p-traps, and drain pipes. Electrical: replace switches, outlets, light fixtures, garbage disposals, fans, heaters, thermostats, and smoke alarms. As required. Install flooring: sub floor, tile, vinyl, cove base, and stair treads. Cleaning of units: appliances, windows, stripping and waxing floors. Any special assignment related to the job summary as deemed necessary by the Project Foreman or Manager of Maintenance.
