Building Maintenance Worker - (Abilene, TX)

Job Location: Abilene Work days/Shift Hours: Sunday 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm and Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Building Maintenance Worker Responsible for maintaining the operational and cleanliness of the facility. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the fundamental functions and responsibilities of the job as defined below: * Ensure the facility is functional * Facility upkeep which includes; small plumbing, replace light bulbs, small concrete repairs, small installs, hang signs and banners * Empty and clean outside the facility and empty all trash barrels throughout the facility * Mop areas that cannot be reached with the scrubber equipment * Paint and plaster the walls * Point of contact for contractors
