Human Resource Manager Gorsuch has a professional opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager. This position is integral to our organization and is based in our Vail location. Assignments include a full range of HR duties and will provide HR and Operational support to our growing luxury retail, on-line and catalog organization. Assignments include: Manager and Staff Development Programs & Training Performance Management Benefit Administration Payroll Administration Hiring Programs and Interviewing job applicants Assess systems, procedures, policies, culture and related organizational practices and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications include: five + years? background in HR with strong employee relations skills. Background in payroll processing functions. ADP a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft office, HRIS systems. Hiring and candidate processing oversight.
