General Summary: Under general supervision, the Lead Case Specialist is responsible for maintaining caseload and work overload for vacant positons within the Case Management Department. The Lead Case Specialist will perform various job functions assigned by the Case Management Supervisor and/or the Case Management Team. The Lead Case Specialist requires the expertise to make independent decisions related to compliance of assigned task according to agency standards and program regulation.
