Winston-Salem office of our client seeks staff attorney with background. The applicant will assist with conflicts searches/issues, ethical screens, waiver letters, the review of outside counsel guidelines and other ethics and professional responsibility related duties. Will also take a leading role in the firms response to audit requests to ensure compliance with the law respecting audit responses and on best practices as espoused by the firms professional liability insurer. License (in good standing) in North Carolina required.
