Job overview Title: Corporate & Compliance Paralegal Location: Jacksonville, FL area Summary: Our client, a growing 3rd-party contract administrator, is currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal and Compliance Specialist for its growing Jacksonville office We’re looking for someone with 2-7 yrs of experience in a corporate paralegal and/or compliance capacity who has strong research skills and a willingness to continuously learn. We are looking for self-starters who can be proactive and think outside the box. The position will report into the General Counsel and VP of Legal & Compliance.
