Job details Trial paralegal with min three years personal injury/1st party insurance litigation background. Needed for fast growing dynamic plaintiff's PI firm. Will be responsible for all aspects of litigation including motion drafting, discovery responses, client/expert interface, trial preparation including exhibits, visual aids, notebooks and attendance at trial.
