Position details Our client has an urgent and permanent need for a Turnaround E&I Lead Coordinator in Port Arthur, TX. JOB DIMENSIONS Direct General Contractor site project managers and supervision on execution of all elements of the contractor’s scope with the turnaround schedule and budget. Responsible for directing activities of multiple supervisors who in turn direct the work activities of up to 1000 contractors prior to and during field execution activity of a turnaround. Responsible for the safe and flawless execution of work scope, maintaining schedule compliance where lost opportunity downtime is typically worth > $1MM/day Responsible for managing field labor and priorities for budgetary compliance of Block Turnarounds Responsible for design and implementation of capital investments, reliability upgrades, and regulatory-driven projects as part of turnaround work scope.
