Director of Environmental Services Location: 4990 - GSS Grand Island Village 4075 Timberline Street Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803 United States Employment Type: Full time Salary: 20.00 - 21.55 Shift: Day On call on weekend rotation schedule and emergent situations. Job details Performs preventive maintenance on location and equipment. Completes repairs as needed or requested. Keeps various work and storage rooms, public areas and restrooms, garage/ shed, tools and supplies organized and clean. Keeps garbage removed from building. Paints, patches or repairs all interior surfaces. Assures all floor surfaces are clean and appropriately finished. Assures that residents' rooms and bathrooms, public areas and work areas are clean. Paints and maintains all exterior building surfaces and window frames.
