Assistant Property Manager - (Azusa, CA)

Position summary Real estate company seeking Assistant Property Manager for multiple locations in So Cal. Ideal candidate must be able to work at multiple locations throughout the week. The properties are located between Azusa and Long Beach; on-site residency is required. Position duties will consist of marketing apartments available for rent, property tours & showings to prospective residents; gathering all required paperwork from candidates and processing screening; collect rents, serve 3-day notices, and monitor payment status; enforce lease rules and serve 3-day cure or quit notices; host open houses and resident events; intake of maintenance requests. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people and strive in fast-paced demanding environments. The Assistant Property Manager will constantly be working with multiple levels of teams and will be responsible for day-to-day operations of all management facets.
