Full Time Property Manager - (Los Angeles, CA)

Position overview PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is seeking a Full-time Property Manager in the Hollywood area. This is a Multi- Site position overseeing a total of 2-4 properties. Assignments include but not limited to: Daily operation of the property Oversee resident relations and maintenance personnel Supervise outside vendors Responsible for compliance with safety polices Rent collections Unit inspections Property inspections and upkeep Marketing and leasing vacant units Service of notices and all aspects of day to day management Comply with housing laws, rules and regulations Position qualifications: 2-4 yrs’ experience a plus Yardi Voyager a must Outstanding verbal & written correspondence abilities Expertise to supervise & schedule maintenance staff & vendors Proficient with computers Proven expertise to market & lease apartments Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suite Have effective organizational and multi-tasking skills Must be able to live on-site F/T Compensation- Partial rent concession on
