Caregiver - (Tyler, TX)

The Caregiver provides non-medical, in-home support and home management services to clients. He or she provides companionship to those individuals requiring socialization and min guidance for a safe, protected, clean, and orderly environment. The perfect candidate for this position has a high-school diploma or GED and has completed any state-mandated training. Previous background is preferred. In addition, he or she has a genuine desire to work with the elderly or disabled, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and current automobile insurance. Effective oral and written skills, empathy and the expertise to listen, good time organizational skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
