Upper Elementary Teacher - (Springdale, AR)

Mixed-age 4-6 classroom of 25 students in newly-renovated building. Windows overlook Spring Creek and forested area. Team of three Upper El teachers + one Literacy Facilitator focused on reading and math achievement with fidelity to the Montessori method. Best applicants will have Montessori training and background, however, training may be provided to the right person. Diverse urban population includes 35% Hispanic, 60% Caucasian, 5% Other. Support services include: SPED, ESL, nurse, counselor, housekeeper, AMS certified principal, school lunch.
