Director of Operations - (Sedalia, MO)

The Director of Operations positions will be assigned to multiple counties and will be responsible for assisting with program support and managing projects that span multiple programs. Each Director of Operations also will be responsible for representing Burrell in their respective communities and increasing engagement and referrals. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with hiring, privileging, disciplining, discharging and coordinate with the respective leader to evaluate all regional staff. Assist with in the preparing and monitoring of budgets for all programs in area of responsibility. Share operational variance in Zero Variance Meetings and assist with business justification/Proformas for new programs/services and the addition of positions. Facilitate the review and revision of operational guidelines to ensure they are in accordance with accrediting bodies and regulations.
