ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced applicants on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following position: Title: Commercial Property Manager Job Id#: EB-131685XXXX Responsibilities: Coordinate, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Develop and maintains positive relationships with tenants, vendors and contractors. Attend client meetings as required. Reviews work orders to ensure that projects are completed. Conduct facilities inspections and provide reports and updates. Coordinate and manage moves, adds and change activities. Obtain and review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. Manage capital projects. Prepare capital project and operating budget and variance reports. Manage vendor relationships and billing procedures.
