Medical Lab Scientist Intern - (Pueblo, CO)

Under the supervision of a certified Medical laboratory Scientist will be responsible for processing specimens; performing moderate complete testing as directed, participating in select quality assurance procedures, and instrument maintenance; and reporting results in the Core Lab, Refers problems/abnormal results to Medical Laboratory Scientist. Must be an actively enrolled student in the Medical Laboratory Science program at Parkview Medical Center Laboratory AND 41 Program - must have Bachelor's degree in a related Laboratory disciple required. Medical Laboratory Science or Life Science Bachelor's degree preferred; OR 31 Program - must have completed their junior year of a Bachelor's degree in a related laboratory discipline required. Medical Laboratory Science or Life Science Bachelor's degree preferred. 01/2016
