Associate Director of Marketing Strategy - (Lewisburg, PA)

The Associate Director of Marketing Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and tactics in support of the University’s goals, prioritizing key partnerships with colleagues in Admissions and University Advancement. Equipped with a deep understanding of data analytics, the person in this role will also be responsible for regularly measuring and optimizing the performance of those various marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Content Strategy, the individual in this role will bring a creative, strategic and data-informed approach to engaging Bucknell’s various audiences across print and digital marketing channels. This individual brings to the division a passion for data and will use that knowledge to track and report campaign performance and establish and optimize key performance indicators such as email open rates, email and web siteCTR, goal conversations, etc.
